1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PolyGunSniperBot, interacting with our Telegram bot, or accessing our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, do not use the service.

2. Interface Nature and Non-Custodial Operation

PolyGunSniperBot functions solely as an interface layer interacting with the Telegram API and the decentralized Polymarket protocol API. We are not a broker, exchange, or custodian. PolyGunSniperBot does not hold, secure, or have direct access to your crypto assets. You maintain absolute control and responsibility over your generated or imported wallet and its private keys.

3. Assumption of Risk

Trading prediction markets involves a significant degree of risk. By using PolyGunSniperBot, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for trades, copy-trading configurations, and limit orders generated through your interactons with the bot.
• Cryptocurrency and prediction markets can be highly volatile.
• Protocol risks, latent smart contract vulnerabilities, and decentralized network congestions are risks you accept when trading.
• We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.

4. Technical Performance

While we strive to provide a high-speed and responsive trading experience, PolyGunSniperBot is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and will not be liable for any delays, failed transactions, network lag, or any financial losses resulting from technical downtime or Telegram API outages.

5. Eligibility and Compliance

The use of prediction markets and crypto assets is restricted in certain jurisdictions. You represent and warrant that your use of PolyGunSniperBot complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. Users from restricted territories (such as the United States) may be barred from interacting with the underlying Polymarket protocol.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall PolyGunSniperBot or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
